Before you place an order you are invited to read the following as these pages form part of our terms of business and contain important information about your order. None of the conditions herein affect your statutory rights according to the relevant law. In relation to Full Terms and Conditions no contract terms displayed that deliberately, by omission or error that seek to exclude or restrict a consumers statutory rights and any remedies are binding on the consumer .

It may be beneficial for you to read the Legal Notice below before using the Natures Menu Limited website, sending e-mails to Natures Menu Limited (‘Natures Menu’) or submitting articles, polls or interacting in any way.
We operate a comprehensive UK mainland distribution service excluding the Scottish highlands and Islands and some other parts.We make the use of outside contractors.
Occasionally, there will be areas of the UK that we are unable to serve via our Couriers. If you think you may live outside of our main distribution areas you can call us on 01873 268086 to find out if we are able to deliver to you.
In order to give us time to ensure your products are packaged and distributed to the highest standards we request that orders are received by at least 08.00 am on the day prior to the day of delivery but remember weekends and Bank Holidays affect this.More schedules are available on the delivery page.
Delivery of goods other than on the relevant day is not possible.
Goods will be delivered between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm on the relevant delivery day and you must be available to accept the goods within those times. Upon delivery you will not be required to sign as proof of receipt. If you are not available then the order will be left in a safe place.
Goods may not be delivered in temperature controlled vans. Goods are delivered in insulated boxes.
Whilst we attempt to keep our charges to a minimum, if we are unable to leave the goods through no fault of our own a further standard delivery charge may be levied prior to re-arranging delivery.
If you are not available and have left delivery instructions to that effect when placing your order, you will be deemed to accept the full risks of receipt of those goods. In this instance, in the event of a dispute, proof of delivery will be constituted by proof that the van driver has acted upon those instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising as a result of incorrect information being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and return of the goods in these circumstances.
We shall not be liable for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive on the relevant delivery day please advise us of the fact as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours)by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org , providing us with your order number, post code and delivery date, and we will investigate the reason and respond to you. If, as a result of our investigations, we fail to come up with an appropriate reason for non-delivery or are unable to locate a proof of delivery document, electronic or otherwise,your order will be deemed by us to be “lost”. In these circumstances you may either cancel your order and we will refund any amounts paid in full, or we will arrange for delivery of the goods on an alternative date.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss whatsoever as result of a product being “lost” or not arriving on time.
Should goods arrive defrosted or spoiled, our recommendation is that they should not be offered for feeding to any animal. You will be responsible for suitable destruction. Advice ref this can found with with your local council. We will investigate the reasons as per above paragraph but may request photographs or other relevant material to help with such. In these circumstances you may either cancel your order and we will refund any amounts paid in full, or we will arrange for delivery of the goods on an alternative date.
For every order placed you will receive an order confirmation, by e-mail, within 24 hours of placing that order with full details of products, prices and delivery details requested on that order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if confirmation is not received within that time frame
All orders can be cancelled at any time up until midday prior to the day of dispatch. To do this simply email or phone, quoting your order reference number and we’ll refund any monies paid in advance as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to accept cancellations for frozen products once they have been dispatched as we are unable to guarantee their condition upon return to us.
We are continually looking for ways to improve our service to you so would appreciate feedback on why you feel the need to cancel your order, although you are under no obligation to do so.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
In the rare event that you wish to return a product to us you should notify us of the reason within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mailing email@example.com. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. We would note that frozen product should be returned using the appropriate transport to preserve it's condition otherwise no credit will be given for the return. Products should be returned to the head office as listed above and proof of dispatch emailed to us. Refunds will only be paid in respect of Products returned to us in accordance with these Terms for goods that are damaged or faulty.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item that has been ordered. If any of these circumstances should prevail please use the procedures explained within the returns section above by notifying us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The full range of the Products can be viewed, selected and ordered on-line from our website and are subject to availability.
The display of any product or service on the website is not an offer to sell and RAW TO GO shall be under no obligation whatsoever to supply the products or services ordered through our website. If you place an order this will be your offer to purchase the Products from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the goods or services until we accept your order by providing written confirmation that we have the goods in stock and they are available at the prices specified. Access to our website is not to be taken as meaning that we will enter into any contract with you and we reserve the right to refuse any online transaction.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment was made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on our website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
Our invoice to you will indicate our choice of carrier and their weigh-bill reference number allocated to your consignment. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels after our various carriers have accepted these and risk will pass to you on dispatch.
We reserve the right to change or substitute the Products and packaging without prior notice. It may be necessary for us to substitute for an equal or higher priced item owing to the perishable nature of the Products and the fact that they are time-critical. If time is available, we will attempt to contact you.
Capacity to Contract.
You are confirming by placing an order that you are not a minor and are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a contract with us.
Cancellation by us. RAW TO GO reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to complete the order.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- The goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you be email and will credit your account within 30 days of your order if you do not wish to place an alternative order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Product' means a product displayed for sale on the website;
'Product Description' means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided;
'Special Conditions' means any terms and conditions in the Product Description;
'Users' means the users of the website collectively;
'Personal Information' means the details provided by you on registration;
'Cookies' means small text files which our website places on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer;.
'UK Mainland' means England, Wales and Scotland;
