Raw To Go are dedicated to offering the best in raw feeding meat, bones, treats and organs for your pets.  

Ours is one of very few companies in the country that will deliver products direct to your door. We try our hardest to deliver on a day to suit you. The box will be left without signature if safe to do so.

We dispatch Monday through to THURSDAY so that means deliveries to your doorstep are from Tuesday through to FRIDAY. Feel free to let us know which day suits you best and even any special instructions, like where you would it like left if you aren't home,on the comments page and we will try our hardest to oblige. Please note the couriers don't tend to leave notes to say they have been-despite us requesting they do so,  you will need to keep an eye out. You should receive an email saying it's been delivered.

Also, although we write your requested special instructions on the actual boxes they are not obliged to read or follow them!

Orders received after 0800 Monday will be mostly dispatched by/on Tuesday
Orders received after 0800 Tuesday will be mostly dispatched by/on Wednesday
Orders received after 0800 on Wednesday will be mostly dispatched by/on Thursday.
Orders received after 0800 on Thursday will be mostly dispatched on MONDAY.


Following Bank Holidays we will hold dispatch for one extra day so we reduce the risk of loss and delayed through backlogs at courier hubs

Orders received after 8 am THURSDAY may not usually be dispatched until the following Monday but we do try to fit any last minute orders in. Whilst we try our best to accommodate every customer, we are now so busy, this is not always possible.
Please bear this in mind when placing an order.

.You should receive an email from the courier saying it's been delivered.

We will help by letting you know via email that it has left us and that you should be getting it the next day. We supply a consignment number and a link to your local hub from whence your driver will have come. You can use that number to contact them direct on or ahead of the day of the delivery should you have any problems or wish to do so. Couriers are told that the contents are perishable and not to return items to depot.

Please note any missing items, parcels or discrepancies need to be reported as soon as possible and it would be helpful if it was within 24 hrs of your expected delivery day for us to be able to take action. A next day delivery service is not available strictly speaking. Everyone will try to get it to you the day after dispatch but weather conditions and mechanical breakdowns and road closures (and the list goes on) etc can all conspire to make that impossible. Please take note to contact us within 24 hours of the expecting delivery date if you haven't had it, so we can try to find out what's happened and the best way forward. Simply refusing delivery because it's later than you wanted probably won't result in an any kind of ending you'd be happy with.

We make no profit at all on packing and delivery costs. You will be charged  what it costs us. Our aim is to keep our product prices affordable for all pet owners.
Please note there is no minimum order at Raw To Go, but for the lowest level delivery charge of £9.98* you can order up to 20kg of products. There is a minimum delivery charge of £9.98 which will cover up to the first 20kg. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY 20KG. Thereafter, the bands increase per 5kg and work out at roughly £1.75 per band.  An accurate actual cost will be displayed and alters as you alter your basket.

We operate a comprehensive UK mainland distribution service excluding the Scottish highlands and Islands and some other parts. We make the use of outside contractors. 

Occasionally, there will be areas of the UK that we are unable to serve via our Couriers. If you think you may live outside of our main distribution areas you can call us on 01873 268086 to find out if we are able to deliver to you.
In order to give us time to ensure your products are packaged and distributed to the highest standards we request that orders are received by at least 08.00 am on the day prior to the day of delivery but remember weekends and Bank Holidays affect this. More schedules are available on the delivery page.
Delivery of goods other than on the relevant day is not possible. 
Goods will be delivered between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm on the relevant delivery day and you should be available to accept the goods within those times. Upon delivery you will not be required to sign as proof of receipt. If you are not available then the order will be left in a safe place.

 Goods may not be delivered in temperature controlled vans. Goods are delivered in insulated boxes.

If you are not available and have left delivery instructions to that effect when placing your order, you will be deemed to accept the full risks of receipt of those goods. In this instance, in the event of a dispute, proof of delivery will be constituted by proof that  the van driver has acted upon those instructions. 
We cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising as a result of incorrect information being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and return of the goods in these circumstances. 
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive on the relevant delivery day please advise us of the fact by e-mail at: within a period of 24 hours, providing us with your order number, post code and delivery date, and we will investigate the reason and respond to you within a further period of 24 hours from receipt of your e-mail. If, as a result of our investigations, we fail to come up with an appropriate reason for non-delivery or are unable to locate a proof of delivery document, electronic or otherwise, your order will be deemed by us to be “lost”. In these circumstances you may either cancel your order and we will refund any amounts paid in full, or we will arrange for delivery of the goods on an alternative date. 

Should goods arrive defrosted or spoiled, our recommendation is that they should not be offered for feeding to any animal. You will be responsible for suitable destruction. Advice ref this can found with with your local council. We will investigate the reasons as per above paragraph but may request photographs or other relevant material to help with such. In these circumstances you may either cancel your order and we will refund any amounts paid in full, or we will arrange for delivery of the goods on an alternative date. 
For every order placed you will receive an order confirmation, by e-mail, within 24 hours of placing that order with full details of products, prices and delivery details requested on that order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if confirmation is not received within that time frame

N.B..Customers living in Ireland / Eire; AB / IV / PH Channel Islands / Isle of Wight / Isle of Man / Isle of Skye postal areas may incur a surcharge and / or have a prolonged delivery time 2-5 days due to the distance of transit and so we will not supply to those areas or others with a 2-5 day service or a surcharge.

Delivery Information
Our online ordering service is currently available for delivery in England, Scotland and Wales. Please note further carrier charges maybe applicable for Scotland.

Orders are collected from our warehouse by our carriers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (with exceptions to any of these days falling on a public holiday).

Orders do not require a signature on delivery, which will usually occur between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday for England and Wales. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during these hours. Couriers are instructed to automatically leave the parcel safe in the event of the named person not being contactable or at the stated delivery address.

We can only deliver to the address you provide and enter when placing your order and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect. The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post box number to which no delivery will be made. Any deliveries to a business address shall be deemed to be completed if left at the reception area .
